MEDIA AND MARKETING FOR CREATIVE MINDS AND COMPANIES

Salon des Indépendents works with a wide variety of indie clients ranging from the art, design, entertainment, and dining fields to provide public relations, branding, promotion, and assistance on special projects.

Inspired by the Société des Artistes Indépendents founded in 1884, this pioneering group banded together as a result of the need artists felt to present their works to the general public independently and not through the official selective channels of the Salon created by the Royal Establishment of Louis XIV. Leaders of the movement included Cezanne, Gauguin, Toulouse-Lautrec, Pissaro, Redon, and Seurat.  They demanded the right to present their works to the public with no restrictions.
